Backend Engineer & Team Lead
In my 5 years in software engineering, I've had the opportunity to work on challenging projects and together with talented colleagues. Here's a timeline of my journey so far.

ServiceNow
2024 - Present
In 2024 Raytion was acquired by ServiceNow. Through this acquisition I got into people management, which involves release, sprint and capacity planning, as well as workflow definitions and optimizations. I actively maintain my technical expertise by contributing to development whenever possible.
My team is part of XCC (eXternal Content Connectors). During the initial phase of the transition we worked on replatforming the Raytion enterprise search connectors onto the ServiceNow platform and cloud infrastructure. Currently we are implementing additional connectors, in order to provide data for AI solutions (agentic, RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and enable the new industrial revolution via the ServiceNow platform.
Challenges: Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
In my free time, I explore the art of coffee making and photography, finding both crafts to be a rewarding balance of technical skill and creativity. I also enjoy expanding my frontend development skills through projects like building this website.

Raytion GmbH
